Scaling Outreach For An ECommerce Client
Just scraped over 7,000 influencer leads for an ecommerce agency looking to scale their creator partnerships. They needed comprehensive data across Instagram, Shopify, and various creator partnership platforms to build out their influencer outreach campaigns. The dataset includes creator contact information, follower counts, niche categories, and demographic information (location, age, etc). Instead of manually building lists or paying premium prices for outdated influencer databases, they now have fresh, targeted leads they can segment and reach out to based on their specific campaign needs. I'm working to deliver 7,000 leads per week, so they always have a steady stream of creators to contact. When you're running an ecom agency, having direct access to thousands of potential brand partners can completely change your growth trajectory. What's the biggest bottleneck in your lead generation process right now - volume, quality, or finding the right contact info?

How I Helped A Business Owner Automate His Lead Gen
Just built a Harris County court records scraper that processes over 7,000 search terms automatically. The client runs a judgment recovery business and needed to search thousands of case names to find potential leads - doing this manually would've taken weeks or even months of non-stop searching. The Python script handles the entire workflow: takes the list of search terms, runs each one through the Harris County database, collects all matching case results, and outputs everything into a single organized CSV file. Now instead of spending countless hours on manual courthouse research, my client gets a complete database of prospects they can immediately start working with to recover judgments. Here's the automation in action: https://www.loom.com/share/f71c905c6f7e4ca38a622a7fcb16e21f What's a website you wish you could scrape and why?

@Alexia Mihalitsianos I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I have a friend who just got laid off in from the game development community as well. Is he wanting to build his own business? I'm sure there are little scripts like this that he could build and market out to small business owners as data solutions they don't have yet. But it can be quite a lot to build up a business if its his first time putting one together. Is he looking for new employment, business strategy support, or a freelancing contract?
