What are some of the things you do to call in Spirit besides sitting in the power? Do you have rituals or other things you believe help?

I know we all TRY to meditate! I want to challenge those here to actually do it! Beginning on March 1, check in here and post that you spent a minimum of 10 minutes of meditation each day.
