What are some of the things you do to call in Spirit besides sitting in the power? Do you have rituals or other things you believe help?

No aids or rituals. I go in RAW! 🤭 I thought about trying some things to see if it makes a difference. Any suggestions?

@Katie Starnes I’m new to this. Is the next cycle called “retroshade”? Is it similar to retrograde? I have no clue where I read that.

Oh crap! Found it. A warning: The post-shadow phase, which will be in the zodiac sign Pisces, may be more confusing and erratic than the actual retrograde. Now that we have several opportunities to understand situations and relationships, we can see matters from a different perspective.
