You’re killing it. Keep showing up, not for anyone else but for yourself. Choose the cleaner food today. Make good choices. Drink water. Don’t let business keep you from the gym! You’re locked in. You’re building consistency. You’re getting stronger and healthier. KEEP IT UP👏🏽 Earlier this week we talked about seeing yourself through the lens of love... caring for your body instead of punishing it, developing yourself instead of criticizing yourself. I'm continuing to work out 6 days a week and staying consistent with tracking my food. Last Friday I went back into old habits of emotional eating. Instead of ignoring it, I reached out to coach Leah and was honest with her. I used it as an opportunity to stay accountable, grow and receive mindset from her. Leah is the best!!

Reflecting on the past couple of months, I have seen God’s faithfulness all throughout my journey. I don’t take this process lightly, I’m becoming who God created me to be. I have learned how to love myself, be gentle and give myself grace. It has taken mindset shifts and discipline I have never experienced before. So many thought patterns have come up as I do the work to better myself inside and out. But God is faithful. He has corrected me, encouraged me and strengthened me to push past moments when I wanted to quit. I desire that my whole being would glorify the Lord and testify of His goodness. HUGE shoutout to my coach Leah . She has been the best coach and an answered prayer. I’m so grateful for all the moments of encouragement, knowledge and support. I could not do it without you Leah!!💖
