Hot chocolate protein!
Since CO is finally getting some snow, here’s a hot chocolate protein drink. Mix about 1/3 cup milk( I like chocolate almond) with a scoop of protein powder. Mix til smooth. Add a little cocoa if you want it super chocolate-y. Fill with hot water. Really filling and warm!

More protein, started workouts. Yesterday was a lazy day!

@Coach Carrie workouts are good( I’ve only done A so far) added a 4th set. Protein- if I don’t do a shake, I’ll add 1/2 scoop to plain yogurt. With a shake, I add a scoop of PB fit( adds 8 grams). Lots of chicken breasts, egg whites scrambled with a little cottage cheese.
