@Jon Chan brought up a great point.. we the people sometimes feel like we have no idea what we are doing...(at least I get this feeling). and to some extent we do not.. we should look back and see where we were and how we got here...our personal credit stack is the only way we grow. lets celebrate it... whats yours look like.. comment below..
@Kathleen Miller - welcome to the family ! .... were building out this community and training for GHl. Can you tell me about what you have going on in the real estate world and maybe a fun fact about yourself.
@Bill Welch Iโve been to the Space Foundationโs Museum in Colorado Springs twice! Took our grandsons. They have many hands on activities and a great little gift shop. You should go! A seller carry back or Stack is when the seller lets the buyer pay part of the purchase price later through a note, instead of all cash at closing. I cover that amount for the closing and Iโm paid back with the Sellerโs proceeds at the second closing. Itโs an advanced strategy for experienced investors only.
@Bill Welch I am six days late to this post, but my wins were 3 deals submitted to me! One double close we approved for funding at $700K and ready to push to closing. The client set up the contract to win! I'm teaching my clients exactly what I need in the paperwork to make the dreamwork! The other two clients did their contracts before checking in with me for details needed. ๐ฅ
I would like to change my "opportunities" from people to properties. How would I accomplish doing this? To clarify: People would still be retained in the "Contacts" and should still be able to own "Opportunities" so that I know where they came from/who to pay.
