Honestly, had a little paralysis but Bill was patient and answered my bajillion questions. Just got on today and working on transferring all my contacts over from Monday.com. BIGGEST TAKEAWAY Look at the shit I didn't use and get rid of it! If I make adding contacts simple and only have the necessary info in there, I'm more inclined to habitually fill the entire thing out. For those of y'all who don't know, I wear a few hats that all have to do with funding deals. Capital Raiser, HML, and Credit Stacking. I feel like they are all similar but I need to make sure that I'm keeping these leads and resources nice and organized. If anyone has takeaways/tips/two cents, I'd love to hear from you down below!!

December 2024, we decided to make a fundamental change to our lending company. We were making money with these flat rates of return, but realized that it wasn't sustainable. By Feburary 2025 we signed the new parternship paperwork. We deployed our first 130K on April 1st into the new model and have now earned our lending partners 61K through our first 7 months. Amazing things happen when you find the right people to work with.
