Peptide Blends vs. Individual Peptides β€” Which Route Should You Go?
This question keeps coming up, so let's break it down once and for all. First, let's kill a myth: Peptide blends do NOT degrade each other over time. We've seen plenty of degradation studies on popular blends like Glow, KLOW, and the Wolverine Stack β€” they hold up just fine together. So that's not a reason to avoid them. So why do people choose blends? Two reasons: convenience and cost. And those are both completely valid. But here's where it gets tricky. I always steer people toward individual peptides if there's any chance they'll need to modulate or titrate their research amounts up or down based on biofeedback. Take GLOW for example β€” that's 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, and 10 mg TB-500 in one vial. Sounds great on paper. But what happens when your research calls for more BPC and TB-500? Now your GHK-Cu amount is climbing right along with it β€” and you might not want or need that much GHK. The reality is, a lot of the time you don't know ahead of time whether you're going to need to adjust. And that's exactly the problem. When everything is locked into one ratio, you lose the ability to fine-tune. When DO blends make sense? If you already know your amounts are going to stay constant. Something like a GHK-Cu + KPV blend where you're holding both steady β€” that's a perfectly reasonable use case. No need to overcomplicate it. The bottom line: Are blends bad? Absolutely not. But combining too many things into one vial can leave you guessing β€” guessing what's causing a side effect, guessing what you need more or less of. Individual peptides give you full control. Convenience is great. Control is better. If you can go the individual route, that's what I recommend. If you know your protocol is dialed in and nothing's changing, a blend can save you time and money. Just know the trade-off going in. Drop any questions below πŸ‘‡

This is very helpful, thanks Derek
In case you needed some motivation today… this popped up in my memories.
That first picture? It scares me to death to post this. I was scared, sad, and disappointed in myself. But I think it’s important. This was over the course of 5 years. 250 β†’ 170 at my leanest this summer. And trust me, there were plenty of bumps in the road on this journey. I’m not posting this for praise or attention. I’m posting this because if you’re in the thick of it right now β€” feeling stuck, falling off track, wondering if it’s even worth it β€” I want you to know it is. There was no magic moment where it all clicked. There were setbacks, binge cycles, weeks where I felt like I was going backwards, and moments where I genuinely didn’t know if I’d ever get here. But I kept showing up. Not perfectly. Just consistently enough. 80 pounds didn’t come off overnight. It came off one decision at a time, over and over again, for years. If you’re on this path β€” whether you’re just getting started or you’re deep in the grind β€” keep going. The version of you on the other side is worth every single hard day. Let’s go. πŸ’ͺ

MOTS-C, I Missed You 🫑
Took a break from MOTS-C during my bulking phase, but I was getting really lethargic overall and decided to add it back in at a tiny research amount β€” just 0.5 mg. That's it. And man… the burst of energy is real. I've stacked SS-31 and MOTS-C together in the past, and after running that combo twice, I decided to simplify this time β€” just a little MOTS-C on its own, away from my workouts. My typical setup is fasted cardio in the morning with the MOTS-C right beforehand, then I'll train later in the day. I truly believe the devil is in titrating up way too high. Get away with the lowest effective dose. I just forgot how strong this stuff is at even 0.5 mg. This is for research use only and is not medical advice.

Cleaning Up the Classroom πŸ§ΉπŸ“š
Quick update β€” I realize there are a TON of Skool posts on here and it can be hard to navigate and find what you're looking for. I did some work yesterday cleaning up the files in the Classroom section, and I'm going to keep building it out by adding organized courses β€” just like the autoimmune one you may have seen. Skool has a pretty strange format where I can't just add posts under a specific topic, so what I'm going to do is copy and paste all that information over and add the videos where I can. The goal is to break everything down into categories like: - Autoimmune - Muscle Building - GLP-1s - And more So if you see the Classroom page shifting over time, that's why. The end goal is to make it a quick, filterable resource where you can access all the old information on here without digging through hundreds of posts. I wish the search on Skool was a little better β€” there's so much knowledge in this community that people just can't find. This should help with that. More to come. πŸ”§

πŸš€ Price Tracking Is LIVE on PeptidePrice.store!
This one's been a long time coming, and I'm pumped to finally share it with you guys. Starting today (February 12th), every peptide on the site is being price tracked daily, rolling over a 90-day window. You can now see exactly how prices move over time β€” no more guessing whether you're catching a deal or paying a premium. Here's what you get: πŸ“ˆ Interactive price history graphs β€” hover over any data point to see exact prices by date and vendor. Company logos are built right into the charts so you can quickly spot who's cheapest. πŸ”€ Filter however you want β€” toggle between with discount codes or base prices, switch between total price and price per milligram, and filter by specific vendors. πŸ“Š Raw data table β€” every vendor, every day, laid out so you can see the full picture. Lowest, average, and highest prices all at a glance. πŸ“± Works on mobile too β€” same features, optimized for your phone. Look for the new little icon next to products β€” hover over it and click "View Price History" to check it out. I backfilled 30 days of data to start, and from here it tracks forward daily. 20,000 lines of code went into the backend for this, so if something breaks, bear with me β€” but I'll keep it as accurate as possible. I'm already tracking all of this for you guys anyway, so why not make it visible? Might even add a CSV export option down the road. πŸ‘‰ Go try it out: peptideprice.store Watch the full demo walkthrough here: https://vimeo.com/1164525504/131573bed7 Let me know what you think! PeptidePrice is nothing without you guys β€” appreciate all the support as always. 🀝
