The Living Studio — Community Agreements
This is a slow, gentle studio space. We’re here to create and connect in ways that feel safe and human. In this space, we agree to: - Move at our own paceThere is no pressure to keep up or participate regularly. - Share from lived experienceWe speak from the “I” and avoid giving advice unless it’s asked for. - Witness rather than fixPresence matters more than solutions here. - Respect nervous system limitsStepping back, pausing, or going quiet is always welcome. - Keep this space confidentialWhat’s shared here stays here. - Choose kindness — especially toward ourselvesThere is no “right” way to create or show up. This studio is held with care, slowness, and respect.Thank you for helping keep it that way. — Kate

Welcome to The Living Studio
I’m really glad you’re here. This space was created as a slow, gentle studio — somewhere to arrive as you are, without needing to perform, keep up, or be “on.” Peace, quiet, slowness is valued and honoured here. Here we sit, we rest, we re-group, we nourish & we attend to our nervous systems. There’s no right way to be here. You’re welcome to: - read quietly - respond when it feels right - skip weeks - come and go with your own rhythm Each week I’ll share a simple creative + nervous system prompt & once a month, we’ll gather live for a Studio Circle — soft, spacious, and optional. To begin, here’s a very gentle invitation (only if it feels okay): Check in with your body and notice:What made you join this space now? You’re welcome to share a word, a sentence, or nothing at all. Thank you for being here.Kate
