This space was created as a slow, gentle studio — somewhere to arrive as you are, without needing to perform, keep up, or be “on.” Peace, quiet, slowness is valued and honoured here.
Here we sit, we rest, we re-group, we nourish & we attend to our nervous systems.
There’s no right way to be here.You’re welcome to:

  • respond when it feels right
  • skip weeks
  • come and go with your own rhythm
Each week I’ll share a simple creative + nervous system prompt & once a month, we’ll gather live for a Studio Circle — soft, spacious, and optional.
