Your 6 month lemon water commitment begins now
As you move through your lessons and they unlock you will begin lifestyle changes to support your growth. Today we begin lemon water as a group. Find the time and process that you will drink your lemon water and stick to it for the next 6 months. You may use lime as well if you don’t sit well with lemon 🍋 Starting right now. For the next 6 months, you’re going to do this every single day at the same time: 1. Pick your time: Morning 🌅, Afternoon ☀️, or Night 🌙(Pick ONE and stick with it.) 2. Pick your water temperature: Warm, room temperature, or cold whatever you’ll actually do daily. 3. Build your cup: Glass of water Fresh lemon (a squeeze or slice) 🍋 The tiniest pinch of salt: Celtic salt or Himalayan pink salt or Sea salt 4. Repeat it daily at the exact same time.This is now part of your healing rituals, not “when I remember” it’s a commitment.
