🎥 The Replay Is Live! ✨
Hey Encouragement Collective fam! Our very first Wednesday Live is now up — and wow, this one came straight from the heart. 💛 In this week’s session, I shared how burnout, sports psychology, and encouragement all collided to create The Encouragement Collective — and how I stepped into my true role as Chief Encouragement Officer (yep, that’s where it all began!). 💡 Inside the replay you’ll hear: - The story behind Inner Excellence and A.J. Brown’s game-changing mindset - What really happened when I left corporate wellness - How meditation and intuition led to my biggest breakthrough - The secret to holding others in their ideal (Neville Goddard style) - Why encouragement is the ultimate performance tool for leaders and teams You can also read the full story on our latest blog post:👉 “From Burnout to Breakthrough: How I Became a Chief Encouragement Officer” 🗣️ Let’s chat in the comments:What part of my story resonated with you the most? Have you ever had to “fire” something in your life to step into your next level? Here's the blog post that includes the video, and podcast episode and bonus resources: https://www.kathieowen.com/blog/from-burnout-to-chief-encouragement-officer Let’s keep rising above the chaos together, team. 💪🔥 #EncouragementCollective #BurnoutToBreakthrough #ChiefEncouragementOfficer #InnerExcellence

I love this Kathie! So much gold and as I shared, I love the discussion around the maze vs staying open. But also two other keys stood out to me 1) Continuing the momentum AFTER the high of the retreat/meetup/Tony Robbins seminar/etc. (which is why Joseph's mastermind and groups like this are so instrumental) and 2) Being lights for one another (which is where the "collective" element comes in). I love how you talk specifically about your work with Cyntia and how supportive it's been. I think many of us have been sold on the idea of the "rugged individual" rising to glory and while that has its place, I'd be willing to bet that every highly successful person has an amazing team behind them, and I think it's important to acknowledge that. I know that I have my blind spots and it's so comforting to know that I can lean on others from time to time and don't have to do it all on my own. And at the same time I know I have unique gifts and perspectives to contribute to others. Metaphysically speaking, when two (or more) minds converge, they often form new pathways and ways of seeing. Long story short (haha), I really appreciate what you're doing. 💖
🎥 Weekly Live: The Chief Encouragement Officer — My New Chapter Begins
Hey Encouragement Collective family 💛 After a two-month pause to reset and realign, I’m back — and more inspired than ever. During my time away, I got clear on the true essence of my work. It’s not just coaching, consulting, or wellness. It’s encouragement at the highest level. That’s why I’m stepping fully into my new role as Chief Encouragement Officer (CEO) — and I want to bring you with me. 👉 Join me LIVE today at as I share: - How “Chief Encouragement Officer” came to life - Why I took a break from social and what I discovered - The vision for what’s next inside The Encouragement Collective - How sports psychology and “Inner Excellence” now anchor everything I teach This is the start of a new chapter — one where we show up each week for growth, inspiration, and encouragement that actually transforms how you live and lead. 💫 Building the Dream Team
“With the Bulls I’ve learned that the most effective way to forge a winning team is to call on the players’ need to connect with something larger than themselves,” Phil Jackson said. “Even for those who don’t consider themselves ‘spiritual’ in a conventional sense, creating a successful team—whether it’s an NBA champion or a record-setting sales force—is essentially a spiritual act. It requires the individuals involved to surrender their self-interest for the greater good so that the whole adds up to more than the sum of the parts.” -Phil Jackson NBA Hall of Fame Basketball Coach This quote perfectly captures the vision behind what we’re creating here. I’m calling in a select group of coaches and leaders who embody this energy—those who understand that our mission isn’t just about wellness, but about awakening potential, uplifting humanity, and creating ripple effects of encouragement in workplaces and communities around the world. This is bigger than corporate wellness. It's about soul-led leadership. It's about becoming the Chief Encouragement Officers our world needs. If this message resonates—if you feel that spark inside that says yes, this is me—then I invite you to step forward. ✨ Drop a comment below that says “I’m in.” Together, we’ll elevate this vision to the next level.

Ted Lasso Life Lessons - The Strings that Bind Us
Imperfect leaders often create the strongest connections? 🤔 I've been obsessing over Ted Lasso lately, and it hit me: leadership isn't about having all the answers—it's about showing up authentically when you don't. This revelation transformed my approach to executive coaching... When I stopped trying to be the "perfect consultant" and started embracing my humanity—sharing stories of failure alongside success—something magical happened: My clients opened up more. Trust deepened. Results improved. 💡 Leadership lesson: People don't follow perfect leaders; they follow authentic ones. The cracks in our armor aren't weaknesses—they're windows that let connection in. Just like Ted says, "Taking on a challenge is a lot like riding a horse. If you're comfortable while you're doing it, you're probably doing it wrong." What imperfect moment led to your greatest breakthrough as a leader? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHQTfDAuZtk #AuthenticLeadership #TedLassoWisdom #ExecutiveCoaching #CorporateWellness

So true! Mitch Horowitz said something similar about teachers in the spiritual/manifestation community. That it's not helpful to you or anyone to present this suit of perfection. It's much more helpful to talk authentically about things that you've struggled with or may even still be struggling with and how you're working through it. Because as most of us have experienced, it's not always a smooth, linear path.
🌟 Big Announcement: A New Era is Here — The Encouragement Collective is Being Born!
Hey beautiful souls 💛 I have an incredible announcement — something that has been quietly forming in my heart for months through meditation, intuition, and divine timing. Our Corporate Wellness Pros community is evolving into something bigger, deeper, and more powerful than I ever could have planned. We’re becoming ✨The Encouragement Collective✨ — a global movement where we come together not just to build wellness programs, but to build each other up. This will be the home base for my team — the people I collaborate with to host luxury wellness events and experiences that reconnect people to what matters most: encouragement, connection, and the courage to care. But even more than that…This will be a sanctuary where everyone is welcome — to both give and receive encouragement. A place where we remind each other that wellness begins in the heart. That leadership starts with listening. And that the ripple effect of one encouraging word can literally change the world. 🌍✨ Everything is evolving — the name, the purpose, the design, the energy. This is no longer “corporate wellness” as we knew it.This is soul-led leadership in motion. This is where encouragement becomes the new wellness standard. As Chief Encouragement Officer, I’ll be sharing daily encouragement, wellness inspiration, and updates as this transformation unfolds. You’ll see more opportunities to collaborate, host, and shine your light alongside me as part of this founding circle — the base team of The Encouragement Collective. 💫 If you’re feeling this energy — if your heart says yes, I’m in —please comment below: “I’m in!” Let’s create a ripple effect that makes a dent in the universe — together. 💖 With deep gratitude, Kathie Owen Chief Encouragement Officer 🌟Encouragement is the New Wellness

I'm so in! This very much aligns with a vision that's been forming for me that can all act as lights for one another. Writing for me has been my way of finding breadcrumbs back to the truth when I fall off course or momentarily forget, but we can play that role for each other as well. There's no reason to feel like we have to lone wolf it. As hokey as it sounds, we really are stronger together.
