🤩 COTTAGERS - I THOUGHT I MADE THIS WORD UP - I WAS WRONG! The word Cottager POPPED INTO MY HEAD a while back. It came from a trip I had in France - when I stumbled upon the sweetest tiny restaurant called "The Potager" The term "potager" refers to a traditional French kitchen garden where vegetables, herbs, and flowers are intermingled for both aesthetic and culinary purposes. I even gave my own meaning to the word .... 🏡"COTTAGER" essentially refers to anyone in our little cottage community here to grow in the area of creativity, cottage crafts and heart matters. WELL, I thought I better google before I gave claim to my famous word creation 🧐 I found this.... 🏡 "A cottager is a person who lives in a cottage. Depending on context, it can refer to a vacationer in a private resort home, or a rustic rural dweller." I still hold to my meaning where our Cottage members shall hereby be called "Cottagers" 🌟 Oh and I was thrilled to find a picture online of the place I visited some years back.

Today was a holiday here in Western Australia. We spent a lot of the day cleaning up after a wild storm and then spent the afternoon by the fire burning off all the branches that fell. Ate food with the family and had a beautiful relaxing Monday! CREATIVE MOMENTS I also taught one of my daughters to crochet 🧶 ✨and started a few little recycle projects! How did your week start?

So I worked on my video on and off all day yesterday and still didn't get it done and would you believe I worked on it again today, probably another 2 hrs at least - it's taking so long. So maybe in reality I have set a task too big. Maybe I should have said I would get the footage loaded first (yesterday's one thing) and then today edit (my one thing focus) and then tomorrow upload (tomorrow's one thing focus) that's essentially 3 days of work right there. How did your Monday work day go? 🤣🤣 Ok lets go - be honest Did you stick to your Monday plans - even if you didn't do the one thing task? Did you stay focussed?
