Migraines
I'm trying to do some research on treating migraines. I've had migraines since I was a very young child and have never found a preventative that works. Most of my life I have taken a triptan anywhere between 15-25x per month. I started GLP2 a month ago and my migraines are considerably better, I'm now down to maybe 5-10 per month after just 4 weeks of glp2. I'm curious if anyone has seen success with other peptides I could try or other peptides I should avoid?

I've had debilitating migraines for 40 years - shifting toward more oura dominant as I entered perimenopause. My migraines are definitely better on reta (<2mg per week / eod admin). I also started following the general ingredient / approach from BrainRitual - I sort of accidentally got to about 80% of what's in that formula, then added the other items in to see if it would work. My migraines are now the best they have been expect when I was on super strict keto in my 30's. A few other things that really helped - klow blend full cycle, now maintenance of KPV/GHK. All of this I think is related to inflammation.

@Nikki Hatmaker - I love Klow! Benefits: less body pain after workouts, great skin improvements, fewer headaches. Only downside for me was injection site sensitivity. I tend towards the ghk/kpv combo (drawing from 2 vials) - allowing for a bit more KPV which my body thrives on and also reduces injection site pain.
Melanotan 1 experience....
so.... I'm curious if anyone has ever experienced this. I am getting ready for a vacation and started taking melanotan 1 (let's just say I fall somewhere in the pasty white color palette 😂). And I've noticed that I get extremely thirsty and have no appetite with it! This is so weird because Ive cycled it numerous times before and this has never happened. Upon doing some digging I can see why this might possibly occur, but curious if anyone else has experienced this? I see a future podcast episode about this... would love to your feedback!

I live in FL and micro-dose this to help with sun exposure - mild flushing when I was loading, now on the super low dose every few days I don't really feel anything. Maybe (tough to pinpoint) a little more sense of calm / ease on the days I dose it.
New GHK-CU + SNAP 8 Skin serum just launched!
We've been working on this one for a while trying to get the formula just right. Minutes ago we added the serum and a bundle with a derma roller to The Peptique website! SNAP-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3) is often called a “topical expression line modulator.” It’s a peptide designed to help soften the look of dynamic wrinkles, the lines formed by repeated facial movement (forehead, between brows, crow’s feet). What it does:• Helps reduce the appearance of expression lines• Supports smoother-looking skin• Targets muscle-contraction signaling pathways topically• Gives a subtle “relaxed” look to areas of tension Think of it as working on the movement side of wrinkles. GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for skin regeneration, collagen signaling, and tissue remodeling support. What it does:• Supports collagen and elastin production• Helps improve skin firmness and elasticity• Supports barrier repair• Encourages healthier skin tone and texture• Assists in post-procedure recovery Think of it as working on the structure and repair side of aging. This is not a moisturizer this is serum that you want to use in the morning and the evening before you put your moisturizer on. You can use it on any body part not just your face. I am loving the results I am getting from it. My skin feels tighter, more glowy, tighter pores etc. My daughter has been using it to help with some light acne scaring and is loving it too! Her texture is looking better and better! USP <51> Antimicrobial Effectiveness Test (AET) and peptide identity test are attached online to the serum product! You can order at https://thepeptique.com Don't forget your SKOOL20 discount for 20% off.

Thank you! What are the concentrations of GHK and Snap?

Curious @Tara West what your take is on this peptide. From what I understand it it in pill form vs injectable. It is supposed to really help with metabolic function especially during stalls. Is this something that might come to The Peptique in the future?

I've had great luck with it - I take a combo of oral 5-amino and ATX when I'm not taking GH peptides.

I started it as I came off a round of CJC/IPA and KLOW because I wanted to focus on mitochondrial health and try a few of the exercise mimetics. I exercise 5+ times per week, lifting 4, HIIT, jump training, and a lot of walking/hiking. Improvements are subtle, but present: better recovery, stamina during exercise, and less overall soreness. Unlike SLU, which I seem to have a bit of a crash from, this just provides a little extra boost.
Sleep Amino Blend Reaction
I tried the sleep amino blend, had a strong flush that lasted 15 minutes and didn't really experience any sleep improvement. Anyone else have a similar response?
