Top o Hour! Thursday May 14!
Good morning Conquerors!!🥰🥳 Last night was night 12 of Operation Dreamland! 7:49 am here.. had another massive morning so far! I am training in a healing thing and I turned on the zoom at 5 am... and juggled that with getting daughter to bus.. My point is, even if it feels messy etc right now, I am showing up for myself!! And before that i did a quick meditation. I have another zoom in 10 minutes. And I'm cooking 2 eggs on the stove. I've taken my vitamins and prepped my daily water I'm so grateful and excited!! Feel free to post your updates, goals, etc. And if I can help in any way, I will 🥰 But me modeling and sharing my own journey is something I CAN do, right now. So that is why I share. Love you guys! If I don't hear from you, I hope you have an amazing day!!

Top o Hour May 13th!
Good morning Conquerors! Currently 6:25 am here. Last night was night 11 of Operation Dreamland 🥳 Woke up with thoughts and said CHANGE THE CHANNEL! So I pivoted and turned on affirmations. From there, I started writing in my journal. From there, I did a meditation. I'm sharing this because I'm hopefully encouraging you that what you wake up with is NOT what you have to carry all day. *I* am becoming in charge of my thoughts. And I have an analogy for this i want to make a video on! How thoughts are like food! But that being said, 6:27 am here. My goals if I wake up before 5:30 am (when daughter's alarm goes off) is to journal and/or listen to affirmations etc. I'm going to get "up" at 7 am. Until then, I am basically waking up and sketching out my day. Going to do a tapping now. Love you guys! 🥰

Top o Hour for Tuesday, May 12, 2026
Currently 6:30 am here. I've done some meditations (daughter's alarm goes off at 5:30 so sleeping in isn't currently an option), but I'm figuring out how to truly make the best of it. And realizing I can utilize that time to turn on affirmations etc. Ok.. from 7-8 am, my goals are: *get up *drink water *prep a coffee with protein powder *take vitamins *go for short walk listening to affirmations From 8-9, goals are: *shower *get ready for 9:00 appt Love you guys! Feel free to post and/or comment any plans goals tasks etc that you have. And if I can help in any way!

Night 9(!!) of Operation Dreamland was a success! Woke up with intrusive thoughts🥴. But what I want to say is, my "top o the hour" system worked yesterday! I'm going to do the same thing today! Currently 5:29 am here. Reminding myself before I forget that I already told Lilly we are cleaning the bathrooms after school. So that task can be top o hour for 4:00🤔 Her alarm will go off any second. I'm going to turn on a meditation as that is part of my morning routine. Love you guys! Feel free to join! I have adhd and very likely autism and realizing that is actually what will ultimately set me free. Because I'm creating ways that are actually working for me, that other people might not even need. But I do. And I share because it might help someone else. If only to be grateful you don't have to do all this 😅🤣 I'm going to turn on meditation now. Love you guys!!

Good morning seems like you're up to a great start! I think I have mentioned a time or two l o l that i'm also a d h d and ninety 98.3645% sure that I also am on the spectrum.. Reason for saying that is because i'm also really working on my routine and grounding and meditating have been a big part of that along with cold showers...

Do you happen to know when another 5 day free challenge is? I was told we can do it again... Not that I neeeed too the live sessions but the other stuff I could do...
