5 things to do for Insomnia
I was supposed to come up with five things to fulfill my life to help me sleep better at night. I can’t think of 1!! I’m so tired when I’m not at work, I usually watch TV (which I’m learning can be draining in itself) Any help is appreciated. 💛 I told Maggie I bought one of those adult coloring books the relaxing kind 😉 I didn’t even finish a page. I love to be creative but that wasn’t doing it for me for some reason. Maybe I’ll try it again …..

Insomnia stems from ruminating thoughts in your mind or constantly thinking over situations/events from the past or in the future. Maybe try journaling before bed to get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper. It’s definitely not easy, but practice being in the present moment. 💛

This was such a beautiful intuitive download you had!! I had a similar one last night as I was trying to fall asleep. I was visualizing myself as a glowing pink heart of energy (because we are energetic beings of light), and my husband as a glowing blue heart of energy, and when our energies mixed they produced four glowing purple hearts of energy that are our children. My intuition was teaching me how we are all a different color and when our energies are mixed they produce a whole new vibrational color.
