5 things to do for Insomnia
I was supposed to come up with five things to fulfill my life to help me sleep better at night. I can’t think of 1!!
I’m so tired when I’m not at work, I usually watch TV (which I’m learning can be draining in itself) Any help is appreciated. 💛
I told Maggie I bought one of those adult coloring books the relaxing kind 😉 I didn’t even finish a page. I love to be creative but that wasn’t doing it for me for some reason. Maybe I’ll try it again …..
