Do you rely on caffeine as your source of energy?
I know many people feel tired every day, and the only fix they have found is just drinking coffee. It might have fixed the problem short-term, but after some time people start to see the need of having more and more caffeine to get the same old effect of feeling lots of energy. Just out of curiosity, I want to ask if this was the case for you, and what was your experience with coffee and caffeine?

@Ahmed Azimi Well, if you optimize energy levels and productivity, its a good way to make more money and be better at digital marketing as well. The category said "discuss anything here" so this shouldnt be a problem I think (if I am wrong, just say that)

@Michael Saliwe Interesting one, but long term it will be very very bad. It's obviously your choice but if I were you I would try to atleast limit it a bit
How energy levels impacts your network & sales
There was this study in 2014 that in conclusion, showed that people with bad glucose levels have much more (more than 2x) aggression towards their partners in contrast to people with good glucose levels Bad glucose = Bad energy levels So we can say, and its pretty logical that when we are tired, we are not pumped to talk to the person we are more likely to chase the sale and not control ourselves. This leads to less closing % and worse network. So less money. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24733932/ <- link to the study So what can you do? I've been researching glucose for about 6-8 months now and I will be happy to help you :) All I need is tell me in the comments: - Your average breakfast - Your average lunch - Your average dinner - Do you eat snacks and if yes, what type of snacks - (optional) - what do you do before the meal, after the meal and in what order you eat your foods in Once again, I will be happy to help 🔥🔥

How energy levels impacts your network & sales
This is absolutely destroying your productivity...
First things first - food is fuel How you eat directly impacts how much energy you have, how productive you are, and a thousand other things. 🥗 Watch the video if you want to see the weird analogy I came up with and also a diet advice you probably never recieved before 📷👌

How is this looking for you?
How would you say your sleep quality is on a scale of 0 to 10? Sleep influences everything in your body, so its very important to take care of it and always try to improve your sleep quality. With bad sleep quality, its hard to be productive, close deals, get stuff done, and basically function as a human being lol. You can comment on how you would say your sleep quality is and what you specifically struggle with, like, for example falling asleep. I would love to drop some game for yall 🔥🔥
