Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized the pattern that took my brother's life last year is the same one I'm still living - the "never enough," the people-pleasing, the running. I also just named something I've never said before: you can't lose yourself if you've never found yourself. 57 years in, and I'm finally looking.
