I thought I knew my way around this extension pretty well, but learning about some of the new features of this awesome software today completely blew my mind. Every day's a skool day! Here are just a few of the game-changing features I didn't even know about that I learned about on the call: - 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀 - You can automatically save your live recordings directly into a classroom. I was up up until 3 AM spending 45 minutes downloading and re-uploading each Resident Expert meeting videos last night. (Skool makes them like over 1gb each - Not ideal on UK Cornish internet speeds!) This feature completely eliminates that hassle! I just wish I had known it was there yesterday! I was like wait... go back... what did you say there?!! Turning that on right now! 😂 - 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 - You can open up to 12 different panels and drag-and-drop a personalized project management board right inside your Skool window. You can even collaborate with your team, assign tasks, and track project progress without ever needing an external app. - 𝗔 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁-𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗥𝗠 & 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 - You can create custom visual tags for your members (like "Warm Leads," "VIPs," or "Coaching Clients") and even apply these tags in bulk. The CRM also lets you see exactly when a member was last active and tracks their course progress at a glance. - 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 - You can batch your content, schedule posts days or weeks in advance, repeat them and even set them to automatically pin to the top of your community when they go live. Perfect for when you need to take a well deserved holiday! (Shame it can't actually do the fire for you, but at least it does show you visually) - 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 - It pulls all of your meetings from across every Skool community you are in into one easy-to-read calendar (but only the ones you choose). Marco and his team are constantly taking requests and building new tweaks to make this tool better. It is an absolute must-have for any serious operator.

Hey @Marco Berlin, I have a query, that might be useful in the extension. I want to be able to give affiliates a link to my sales letter (off Skool) that promotes my offer, and when they click the link, join the community, they are affiliated to that person. Currently I have added a simple script in my sites that reads the "ref=" and when the visitor clicks the button it sends them to Skool, with that ref= appended, so they get the affiliate. But to get that ref= at the moment I am asking them to click the invite button, copy the affiliate link and send it to me. Then I grab the ref= and append it to my link and send it back to them. My next step was to create a form where they paste that link in, and then they can copy the affiliate links they need. BUT... Is it possible with the extension for me to export a list of my members with their ref= affiliate ID's. Then I can proactively email out people's affiliate links, or use it as a database for a form to present them with their personalised links in my affiliate portal... I am not a programmer at all and this is way beyond me. Thoughts?
