Bio: Aloha! I'm 65 yrs. old. Excited to learn all about KETO. I enjoy being with my children & grandchildren. They are my #1 reason to get healthy.

Bio: Retired RN (once a nurse, always a nurse!) Keto to live long, healthy, and strong.

Bio: Grew up in Westlake Ohio. I am the 6th Child of 8. Was not well behaved in High School. Was banned from commencement but did get that diploma.
