Good day everyone, My name is Karen van Graan.I am from South Africa 🇿🇦 but living 9 months of the year in the 🇺🇸 with my Husband and Son they work here. I joined the community of counsellors because I am passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in my community. I did my NLP and Life Coaching through SOL and I hope to learn more about counselling, develop my skills, and work alongside others who share the same commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. # 🚀 24-Hour Coach Identity Challenge Most coaches are waiting for confidence before they take action. The problem? Confidence is usually the result of evidence, not the cause of it. You don't become a successful coach and then believe in yourself. You start showing up as one, and the evidence creates the belief. So for the next 24 hours, let's build some evidence. ## 🎯 Step 1: Choose Your Coach Identity Complete this sentence: I am a coach who ____________________. Examples: ✨ I am a coach who changes lives. ✨ I am a coach who attracts ideal clients. ✨ I am a coach who gets paid for the value I create. ✨ I am a coach who builds meaningful communities. ✨ I am a coach who creates transformation. ✨ I am a coach who shows up consistently. ✨ I am a coach who leads with confidence. 👇 Post your answer below. ## 🧠 Step 2: Give Your Brain A Target Once you've chosen your identity, say: "Brain, show me evidence that this is true." It could be: 💬 A meaningful conversation. 🔥 Someone engaging with your content. 🎯 A new lead. 🤝 A referral. 🌱 A breakthrough with a client. 🙏 A message of gratitude. 💪 A fear you acted through. ✅ A commitment you kept. ⭐ A moment you showed up as the coach you're becoming. Every time you notice something, say: Evidence. No win is too small. ## ⚡ Step 4: Take One Aligned Action Ask yourself: "What would this version of me do next?" Then do it. 📩 Send the message. 📞 Make the call. ✍️ Publish the post. 🔄 Follow up. 💬 Start the conversation. 🚀 Make the offer. ❤️ Serve someone.
