  • @Fiona Brown hey Fiona, yes, I managed to work out the phone situation. I had to pull a few strings, but at least I got that sorted. Now, I have bigger problems still.... but NOTHING so Big that God can't sort out. One foot in front of the other! :)
  • @Barbara Szorad Hey there Barbara, you sure are one talentef woman. I was just reading your profile and added you... You have a background as a psychothérapies, dance instructor and yoga coach... Wow... That's a excellent resource for your clients. I look forward to learning from you!!

Day in and day out my ads get bombarded with negative comments about coaching I get tired of people commenting negative things. how all coaches just want to make money etc Coaching is a scam etc Making money is not why I decided to become a coach. There is nothing wrong with making money from coaching However, if it is the most important factor to you as a coach You are most likely going to fail. . . Money is a by-product of being an amazing coach. Money is a by-product of being able to create amazing transformations with clients The truth is most coaches/consultants are just not that good at the skill of coaching

Is anyone else an empowerment coach for women?
I do not work on a specific but on the beliefs and mindset of my clients, bring them back to their core. Of course that takes time. And I am hoping that by being visible on social media I can take people to a point of, at least, curiosity. Is anyone else a empowerment coach? do you have any tips for me on how to attract aligned clients? Thank you.

Do you think it’s better to give direct advice?
As a coach, do you think it’s better to give direct advice or help clients discover their own answers by listening and guiding them?

  • @Olga Pippy 90-95;percent should come from the client's own soul searching... and a healthy 5-10 percent should come from moments when the client gives his/her permission for us to share. I am my clients biggest cheerleaders but I make it clear that true lasting décisions must come from the client. As Ed has most aptly stated... every person who goes through these breaking sessions needs to be saying, "I take responsability for everything in my life."
Do you need to remind yourself everyday?
If you have something that you feel like you need to remind yourself of everyday, then what is it and what do you do to remind yourself about it? For example ''I feel good enough'', ''I am a great coach'', ''I know I am on the right path'', ''I am loved by my partner'' what do you do?

  • @Søren Stausholm Your sincere message was from the heart and I loved reading it. It touched me. What do I have to remind myself daily? To remember the many, many reasons why I am grateful. To keep my eyes on what I know in my heart will be my next version of my life... and to serve others with all my heart. I had a person who outright declare that she HATED me just turn to me with surprise and kindness After I told her (in french): "God bless you, sister. Don't worry so much cause God is good, you know?" Now she wants to be my best friend. Lol. People are funny.
Unlocked the whole course in 18 hours.
If I can do it you can do it.

CET Group of accountability partners+practice
🦋 Who's up for creating a new group of accountability partners and practicing on and with each other? I'm in Central European Time. Other time zones welcome too of course! I'm working most days and have two small kids at home so I would appreciate anyone who would jump in and support me/us to continue moving forward. I just joined yesterday but I try to move fast!

Stress Management
Curious as to what everyone is doing for stress management (exercise, meditation, affirmations, etc). My go-to is definitely meditation, breathwork, and exercise. I meditate everyday, sometimes several times a day and exercise a minimum of 5 days a week. In the past, I'd come home and go straight to the fridge for a beer or cocktail, but was able to break that habit 🙂

  • @Lindsay Robles Good discussion topic, Lindsay. I really like to start off every session with some breathing exercises.., and I work with clients until they can see themselves as success stories.... That's a huge boost to the confidence, but serves a double purpose to reduce stress, also.
  • @Kik Rekveld I am so happy to have you here as part of the coaching community!
Are we seeking significance
Here’s a thought that just occurred to me. Tony Robbins talks about the different human needs - one being the need for significance. While I know that most of us coaches become coaches because we want to serve but is there a level of significance that gets created for us in the process of helping others? 🤔🧐 What do you think?

  • @Terri Wilson It is a balance that we need to struggle with , otherwise we would all give away out time for free... Someone reminded me the other day that money is just an "I owe you"
  • In the end, we all Hope that the client attaches a big significance to our services, so that "I owe you" is significant alao
Wanna hear one of my next moves?🧐
Okay, now you are here. I am at the moment working on something that for me ALREADY have been a lifechanging experience. I am making a challenge which is going to be one of my programs, it spans over different areas in life: The 4 sacred to be honest with you, which is Being, Energy, Love and Impact, and wow Ed is completely CORRECT about when the 4 sacred are aligned, life really shows up in a way, that I couldn't imagine just 4 months ago was possible for me!😨 But as the dear Albert Einstein once said: ''The Significant problems we face, cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them'' - THIS MAKES SENSE TO ME NOW!🤓 Right now I am 12 days in, out of 100, and being a student of my own product is a amazing, it allows me to adjust and develop along the way! This has really confirmed to me that I AM ON THE RIGHT PATH, and also I AM GOING TO CHANGE SO MANY PEOPLES LIFE!🥰❤️ Let me know what you are working on as one of your next moves?🧐

Negative mindset/thinking
How would you as a coach/coach-to-be coach a client through a negative mindset/thinking pattern? Being new here I obviously need likes, but I am genuinely curious as to different opinions on the different topics. I love learning

  • @Terrance Waddell What I eat & drink significantly impacts how my body functions and my energy levels. My exercise routine (how I treat my body) significantly influences my "I can do it" resolve... However, what I feed my mind (the Word of God, positive thoughts) significantly influences what I accomplish in my day/week/month/life... and helps me face with a heart of gratitude when life doesn't go exactly as planned. I have found that you can be surrounded by a négative environnent and have the biggest positive inpact by genuinely searching for reasons why you are GRATEFUL. Thanks to Tony Robbins... to whom I owe a debt for helping me see that and one day, I want to tell him face to face just how much Tony Robbins changed me when he challenged me to remember three reasons every morning why I am grateful. It supercharged my life.
