I cannot even start to describe how grateful I am to have discovered Shaun, and by extention this amazing group of survivors. Its the kindest part of the internet by far. Everyone understands so there is zero judgement, just support and kindness.
The training sessions are clear, incisive, and actually helped me more in the last 5 weeks than doing recovery on my own for 5 months before. I will sing this groups praises all day every day.
