I know most of you use Skool however I was thinking about Udemy.. I just found out that Udemy is combining with Coursera to create a leading AI-powered technology platform —— what do you think about this? Does anyone here use Udemy?

The 80/20 rule - It feels like I'm being led into 2026 with the encouragement to apply some "rules". I woke up this morning dreaming about the 80/20 rule. About focusing on the 20% of what I do that moves the needle. If we’re being honest… most of us already know what that 20% is. The hard part isn’t seeing it. It’s having the courage to stop feeding the other 80%. (I like a lot of the 80%, just need to get real about where productivity starts and ends) That’s where the Rule of Ones comes in. The Rule of Ones is a clarity framework I come back to again and again: one message, one channel, one offer, one clear next step Together, these two “rules” shift you out of overwhelm and into alignment. If you did nothing else but commit to your top 20% that worked with the Rules of Ones: - What would you stop doing? - What would you repeat more often? - What might finally have room to work? Today is the day I start my trip back to Arizonia - by tomorrow I will be there for the next 3 months. When was the last time you did something where everything was going to change for you - where you left your partner, family & pets and "familiar" for a while - not a permanent change - so all of your stuff isn't coming with you - just the beginning of an experience where you have to stay curious to the outcome because no matter how much I want to control this experience - I'm not in charge? You all will be coming on this adventure with me as I'm going to be continuing The podcast, Substack & growing this Skool community while navigating the pandalerium awaiting me in Arizona. I was over in @Jason Hagelberg 's community this afternoon where they had posted some fun AI Christmas photos. I decided to play with AI for a Christmas card for you all too... Have you created an AI Christmas Card yet? Wanna share it? This one is totally how I would like to look - but I'm way older and didn't actually look like that when I was younger.
