The meaning of happiness changes as you grow older.
As you grow older, happiness begins to look different. It is no longer found in constant excitement, endless achievements, or the need to impress others. It is found in peaceful mornings, meaningful conversations, a home that feels safe, a mind that feels calm, and relationships that bring comfort instead of chaos. Maturity is realizing that peace is not boring—it is a blessing. The richest life is often the simplest one: less drama, less noise, and more gratitude for the ordinary moments that make life beautiful.

So true! 🌸
What I do When I Feel Anxious to Relieve it ASAP
Like many people, I too get anxious sometimes. For the longest time, whenever I had these anxious moments throughout my day-to-day, I could not for the life of me figure out how to overcome them. As a result of that, I would get angry at myself and then put myself on a negative frequency and everything would just go down from there. That was such the wrong way to go about it but luckily after some digging… Some course watching and looking around in the right places, I found a solution to this and let me tell you what that is. 1. The Physiological Sigh. This is a breathing technique that was popularised by Andrew Huberman a lot. If you search up the video on YouTube, you can find this. The gist of it is you take two deep inhales for your nose and then you take a massive exhale out of your mouth as if it's through a straw or something. This is really an effective strategy to work and I highly recommend you going on YouTube and searching up “physiological sigh Huberman” because it is excellent. You see while I could tell you to do those long-term things like heel trauma, meditation, and gratitude journal and all that. Whie those things are awesome and you should have them as part of your daily schedule, the thing about them is they are not a strategy you can use in the heat of the moment of anxiety so this is why these things I'm teaching you here are more effective for when you are in the moment of anxiety. 2. Gratitude What do I mean by this? Whenever you feel anxious I want to say as well the worst thing you can do is just try to tell your brain, "Oh put it down, put it down, suppress it, suppress it," because that just actually bumps it up worse. Instead of that try to think of what you're grateful for and don't suppress the thought. Just let it go there and let it be there and it is uncomfortable but that's how it is. You just think of gratitude. Maybe say out loud that you're grateful for something to a friend or family member or even just think in your mind about what in the surrounding you're grateful for right now, you can take out your phone and write something you are grateful for.

Thanks, great tips 😊
Neutrality Bench thoughts?
I had to share that I’m loving the meditation with this bench, the chair and the crystal bed. I’ve done this now for 4 days and I’m amazed at the obscurity of the memories that are coming up. It must be deep work too, as I don’t always remember what I’ve processed when I’ve finished the meditation. I can’t even remember the name on the chair! Does anyone else have this happen, or do you all transfer everything to your conscious memory? This is such a powerful meditation- I’m really starting to know and feel how an emotional charge on an observation can affect your energy levels.
I changed the candle- weirdness happened!
Hi all, This morning I felt a little resistance to using a candle for meditation. I found last night that the flickering of the flame was a bit too ‘active’ for my mind. So I switched it for a mandala I coloured in a few months ago. Well, what an interesting experience! I focussed on the centre of the image, while listening to a Larimar sound healing video on YouTube. I sat about 1m away. As I focussed and listened, after a while, my mind settled, and the mandala did all sorts of strange things. It pulsed, went in and out of focus, became kind of 3D, and even had a kind of aura around it at one point. What’s funny is I chose the picture because it was ‘still.’ I might have to go back to the candle! 😉

2026 Vision board
Hi everyone! This is particularly for the ladies. :) I asked my AI tool to make a vision board for me to print out and to be inspired and reminded by daily of some important things. I wanted to share it here for in case it's something anyone else would like to use or to draw inspiration from. One step at a time.💜 Love and light to you all! 💜🌟💕☺️
