I joined as a skeptic after losing— & regaining—more than 100 pounds twice. Joined 4/25, took 3 mths off for surgery (unrelated), & returned in January. I’ve released 94 pounds! My cravings and eating patterns have changed, but this program goes far beyond weight. David’s coaching and the supportive community help you become more honest, vulnerable, and confident. This IS sustainable. Brain Flip hasn’t just helped me lose weight—it has helped free me from food’s hold. YEAH!!!
