Haters are a sign of growth
Remember, nobody talking behind your back is ahead of you in life, so don’t worry about it. It’s a great sign that you’re doing something worth noting. That’s why people are noticing. When I was starting out cold calling and door knocking, I got hated on for working so hard. I would sometimes end up talking to other agents’ clients or prospects in the office, but I was just doing my job. People would ask me, “Why do you cold call so much? Why do you door knock so much? Why do you work so hard?” I kept going anyway. I ignored the naysayers and anyone trying to pull me off track on the way to my goals. I was relentless in my approach. At every stage of growth, there will be naysayers and haters. Sometimes even your friends turn on you. I know it hurts, but it’s a sign that you’re growing, so don’t let it hold you back. If you want no haters, no naysayers, and nobody noticing, say nothing, do nothing, and be nothing. Take this thought and go out there and produce at a high level. Follow along as I’ll be sharing more thoughts like this, along with insights on how to help you build your real estate sales business. #RealEstateCoach #RealEstateSales #AgentMindset #Leadership #TOP Ad suggestions format List More Close More

Become a great listing agent
Take this as a sign for you to become a great listing agent. It’s really hard for you to do 10 buyer sales in a day, but when you have 20 listings, it’s normal to sell 10 listings in one day if you price them right. You can buy your time back better with a listing based business at the highest profit margin possible. Listings are not only the name of the game. Listings are how you stay in the game in 2026 and beyond. Whoever controls the inventory controls the market. Make a decision to become a great listing agent today. If you want to become a great listing agent, follow this account, which will share daily tips on how to get there. #ListingAgent #RealEstateCoach #RealEstateTips #Inventory #TOP Ad suggestions format List More Close More

Become a great listing agent
Track your numbers
A newer agent rule of thumb for contacts per transaction: 12 contacts to 1 lead. 5 leads to 1 appointment. 2 appointments to 1 contract. 2 contracts to 1 transaction. That’s 240 contacts to 1 transaction. The sales game is a numbers game, nothing more, nothing less. Play the game to win the game. My contacts per deal was 500 in 2008. I worked on improving that every year until it reached 100 contacts per deal. I knew I wanted to do 100 deals in 2016, so I went out and spoke to 10,000 people. I did 149 deals that year. Eventually it went down to 17 contacts per listing and deal. It was hard work, and it proved that tracking numbers works. Tracking is where the real leverage is. The work is not just in the doing but in the reporting. 99% of the agents I talk to don’t track their numbers. When you do, you know exactly what to do each day to reach your goals. There’s no guessing. Once I realized this, I got excited and went out and executed. Get accountability and rewards for doing your job. Gamify it. Keep prospecting. The question is: are you willing to work? Follow along here as I share daily strategies on how you can scale your real estate sales business. #RealEstate #RealEstateSales #Prospecting #RealEstateCoach #TOP Ad suggestions format List More Close More

Good job!!!
Surrender.
Set a goal, devise a plan, visualize the outcome, execute with massive, never-ending action, then surrender and let everything unfold naturally. This is the most crucial lesson I’ve learned in achieving any goal: 1. Set an intention and a goal. 2. Build a plan. It may change, and that’s okay. 3. Visualize the goal as already achieved. 4. Speak it into existence. 5. Execute the plan with massive, relentless action. 6. Enjoy the journey every single day. 7. Surrender. After the action, allow space for things to unfold, and stop forcing outcomes. I’ve reached my goals for 20 years this way, and I intentionally work on the surrender part every single day. If you want to grow your production at a high level, follow along for daily tips and strategies. #RealEstate #RealEstateCoach #surrender #GoalSetting #TOP Ad suggestions format List More Close More
