A new love has been demanding my attention ❤️‍🔥 UPDATE
This beautiful new being just arrived on planet earth and she has stolen my heart ❤️ I have only had sons so far this lifetime so she is a great blessing. I have therefore not been in the community so much but wanted to give you a quick update on things: 🎬 A new podcast episode will drop soon so keep your eyes peeled 👀 🐾 I am thinking a lot how to structure the coming premium group (this will be for those of you who want to work more closely with me.) An update on this coming soon. 🐣 I am planning a new YouTube channel. It will be more simple, less edited. ETM Channel kind of pushed me in a certain direction but I also want to talk in a simple way on how to bring the liberated perspective in our day to day. What might Enlightenment look like without the gurus, having to meditate in a cave or overdose on Ayahuasca? Keep you posted! 😺 If you would like me to organize a new Q & A soon let me know in the comments below. I would love to hear from you ❤️ Much Love, Justin

❤️‍🔥 Group Q&A recording - watch the replay here
This first live community call turned into something much deeper than expected. What started as a simple introduction quickly evolved into a raw, honest, and wide-ranging conversation about spirituality, community, truth, and the challenges of living consciously in the real world. People joined from all over the world — from Dublin to Boston, Germany to Sweden, Vancouver to Italy. 🧐 Key Questions From the Community Ella — “How can a global community actually work when we’re all spread out?” A deep dive into: - Online vs physical connection Tom — “What is your vision for this community?” This opens one of the most important parts of the conversation: - Mapping a path to freedom - Creating a blueprint for conscious communities - Exploring what comes after the current cultural systems break down - Introducing the idea of “enlightened communication” Monica (Germany) — “This space removed my sense of isolation.” A powerful reminder of: - How rare genuine spiritual connection is - Why most people feel alone on this path - The real role of community Lara — “Why do spiritual people avoid talking about real-world issues?” This sparks a major theme: - Spiritual bypassing vs grounded awareness - The discomfort around discussing geopolitics, suffering, and reality - Why “staying positive” can sometimes become avoidance Zia (Maryland) — “How do we avoid cult dynamics in spiritual communities?” A crucial and honest challenge: - Guru dynamics and power structures - Whether frameworks like 12-step models could help - The balance between leadership and autonomy Lucia — “What suffering made you seek enlightenment so early?” - The drive to escape suffering vs understand it Another Key Question — “Can we really create our own reality?” A nuanced response covering: - Law of attraction vs real-world cycles - Intentionality vs illusion - The role of focus, timing, and listening ❤️‍🔥 Themes That Keep Coming Up Across all questions, a few core themes emerge:

The 'existential' question of who am I and how do I want others to perceive me (with the most closely aligned idea & least static to start off with)! Is what I always chuckle at when I think of what to say in my intro. I have had an extraordinary life and it has been said many times to me to write books upon it. I'm unsure about that it would be of any interest to others, but for me it was wild, full - at some points very powerful or empowering on certain levels. Most of it is quite unbelievable to others, or so I would think... and yet there are my memories. I tend to be rather quiet until a point and then I bubble over with exuberance of sharing. Oftentimes too much. I am native american / indigenous so I give a nod and wink at the reason for that is storytelling is engrained in my DNA. I put myself into a rather self-inflicted recluse/hermit mode for the last almost 20 years. 10 of it quite fiercely. Reasons were plentiful but at the end of the day it has been quite a journey to learn to handle my intuitive nature - pressing toward quite psychic and certainly empathic. I am a detail orientated type but at the same time prefer no nonsense, down to the nitty gritty type communion. I tend to be very spiritual and many things are inclusive in my day to day, moment to moment living. I am extraordinarily nonjudgmental and patient person. And yet at the same time have a pattern recognition (energy seeing) part that does get sometimes frustrated when I see people hiding from truths... whatever that may be at the moment. And then I go pray, cleanse and meditate to be 'better' about that and have my 'conversations' (communing) with Source. I studied to be a Naturpathic Doctor about 31 years ago through a course work that took about a year. During which I grew much of what I studied as well in my gardens I, at the time, had. And then the government stepped in (united states here) the same month I finished my course work and said we had to pay to get licensed and take their state testing. Which was quite jarring to me. Though it has not stopped me from helping others if I can or myself.
🧐 What is your go-to spiritual practice?
Which practice do you do most regularly and why? I'm interested to hear what lasting changes your practice has brought you. I'm a meditation guy but I practice a lot of Qigong as well. Check out our Podcast on The Transformative Power of Meditation. Justin ❤️

I incorporate all of these things, and more. It varies day to day, moment to moment what is called for. Though yoga has been difficult for me to do the last several years I did do a few versions. But, to me they were all to achieve the same things, essentially. The practices from my heritage/culture are included in my spiritual practices but when it comes down to the nitty gritty I'm a rather no nonsense, simplistic - go straight to the One/Source kinda person. Whatever is called for that moment energy wise is what I do. I have studied innumerable practices over the last 30-40 years. It was never a 'jump on the band wagon' thing with me and a definitive pull at my 'soul' to know things if they were able to be known.
