@Curtis Gillespie Sayers I take 125mg of oxbile, and the potassium was recommended for overall Perimenopause support. Whats your thoughts on it?

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers I’m good with a loom - you know I need to rewatch for notes ;)

I would love a Classroom covering all things Bioregulators; what they are, how they work, when/how to implement, how long to use them - thanks!

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers amazing - I’ll check in there for the bioregulators!
Bloated and puffy after workouts
I assume this is some sort of exercise intolerance? I already asked about fueling and electrolytes (both seems to be a in a good place). @Curtis Gillespie Sayers

Morning Routine
Hey everyone, I thought I would share my morning routine for myself personally and what I recommend for clients. I finally took some time to put it together! Begin With Intention: A Morning Practice for Mind and Body My motto is: you have to take time to make time. Set your alarm 20 to 25 minutes earlier in the morning to implement this morning routine and support your overall health and wellness. How you start your day is one of the most important things you can do for your mental and physical health. The moment you wake up, take a long, deep breath in and slowly release. Repeat to yourself: "Everything in life is an opportunity. Every day in life is an opportunity." Repeat this as many times as you need. Get up, go to the bathroom, and immediately rinse your mouth with Auromere Mouthwash for 1 to 2 minutes (bacteria accumulates overnight and can populate the GI tract, contributing to systemic inflammation), then drink your water. Next, pick a word with a large number of syllables and repeat it out loud 15 times, slowly increasing the speed at which you say it as you go. The chemical names of compounds are an easy way to go. For example, noopept is "N-Phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine ethyl ester." This will activate brain regions that support speech and communication and encourage neuroplasticity. Once you have completed this, perform at least 5 minutes of stretching. Most people need to stretch their lower body more than their upper body. Click HERE for some simple lower body stretches. Once your stretching is complete, perform 5 to 10 minutes of meditation using either 528 Hz frequencies or guided meditations. Please use wired headphones for this (do not use Bluetooth headphones, even ones with a plug-in option, as plugging them in does not turn off the Bluetooth signal).

Do you have an oral health guide? I have notes on things you’ve mentioned but would love something comprehensive
