Start your challenge the right way. Today is simple, but it’s NOT optional. Stretching is what keeps your body safe, flexible, and able actually to improve. If you skip this, you’re slowing your progress, increasing your risk of injury, and making every move harder than it needs to be. A trainee's body has to stay ready, and that starts with mobility.
