💜 DAY 4 - Up Bounce
The new lesson is up, so go ahead and practice the up bounce and then submit your feedback video + journal page right under this post. 💙 Remember: improving your basics doesn’t happen from practicing them once. Try to work on them every single day, that’s what truly builds your foundation. Most trainees train their basics for 1–2 years, and I personally practiced mine for a full year (and I STILL do today!). Stay consistent, stay patient, and keep showing up. Your future self will thank you. ✨💪

Start your challenge the right way. Today is simple, but it’s NOT optional. Stretching is what keeps your body safe, flexible, and able actually to improve. If you skip this, you’re slowing your progress, increasing your risk of injury, and making every move harder than it needs to be. A trainee's body has to stay ready, and that starts with mobility. Your task for today: 1. Do the Day 1 stretching routine. 2. Fill out your Journal Page. 3. Submit it right here in the comments. Don’t overthink. Don’t delay. Day 1 sets the tone for the entire 30 days; show up properly.
