Dealing with sickness
I remember creating a "Sickness system" when I was 15 years old It allowed me to progress in my studies and my decent youtube channel (which I left xd) The reason why I did it, is that I have a tendency to fall sick very easily, despite how hard I try to improve my immunity and surroundings. "rest and wait", was very useless for me I had to play the cards I was dealt right. I shared my system in the comments, how about you?

Introducing the "Sickness System" (disclaimer, it is mighty sick) 🟢Level 1 Cut down work by 25%. 🟠Level 2 Cut down work by 75%. Don't do exhausting tasks. 🔴Level 3 Do not work, avoid looking at screens. Read, draw, or journal. 🔵Shared actions: - drink salted water (it makes water taste good to me for some reasons) - have ginger, salt, cinnamon and lemon infusion - Keep on stretching and moving if possible - Take naps - Do not sleep on eating
Confidence on camera
I used to struggle with the idea of being seen on camera, mainly because stumbling on my words and being observed doing so, felt like death sentence. After having some faceless talks, I realized that building camera confidence will be the next step, especially to build networks and relationships, and eventually launch my 1-1 notion consulting business. And so I did it, finally, I talked to someone last week, and today as well, so as I have time I'll try to get more calls in. I plan on getting 15 calls by the end of february.
I got an influencer's insta
This is the first big win of 2026 for me—and a much-needed one. Background: The past few weeks haven’t been good for me socially. I’d hit a plateau. All kinds of excuses were creeping in, and I wasn’t able to talk at my full capacity. I also had some personal and professional issues to deal with, so this win matters. In the afternoon, I went for a walk and saw two foreigners who were probably doing a photoshoot. I wanted to talk but figured I’d do it while coming back. On my way back, I saw them sitting, and I complimented them as I passed by. I got a simple “thank you,” but it felt cold. In the evening, after the gym, I went to my usual place. I complimented a guy, talked to him for two minutes, and it was a good start. Then I asked another guy for directions, which helped keep the social momentum going. Then I saw a girl sitting near a bench. I went up to her and asked a question: “If you got a superpower for a day, what would you choose?” This started a conversation, and we talked for five minutes. It was a fun convo. After that, I saw a girl eating something and wanted to talk to her, but I decided to wait until she finished. Once she was done, I went up to her, complimented her hair, and started the conversation. She said she’s an influencer with 200,000 followers on Instagram. I was surprised because the way she spoke wasn’t like a typical influencer. We talked about spirituality, career, places, and a lot of other things. We talked for 45 minutes. I got her Instagram, and since I had to leave, I said goodbye. Before that, we made plans to meet tomorrow.

What principles do you live by?
I think that we all follow some sort of code, whether we realize it or not. Most of what we live by is borrowed: from religions, communities, external influences, and only rarely, from ourselves. For good or bad, it shapes us. And it is one of the greatest practices, if not the greatest, to evaluate what code we operate with. So I ask you: What are three principles you refuse to compromise? Here are mine: 1. Hold no wisdom as absolute. Use data, test and iterate, no bias, no emotion, and no traditions in the pursuit of truth. 2. There is no savior. No one, Metaphysical or real, distant or close can redeem you. Only you. 3. Excellence in all areas. Body, mind, and business must keep growing.

@Marek Olos 1 is mighty relatable, sometimes we see successful people yet forget the hardship they went through.

In my experience, committing to one clear aim creates more meaning than chasing many. When my body, mind, and "soul" pull me towards the same direction, I can feel meaning emerging from any practice. "Clarity, can carry you really far, if you know where to deploy it." The real issue now tons of options, and if only they were of any good See we’re surrounded by liars and ai slop telling us who we should become. It has become yet another religion for the modern man, and unsurprisingly, it's detached from reality, and cannot be adapted to various situations. The solution is quite simple, Instead of fighting "the dark forces of slop". We need to filter things intelligently: 1 Validate: find out if it's worth it? 2 Research: strip the hype, find the costs. 3 Test: Try it out yourself 4 Document: keep a record, for ideas die after being tested. Now we have it, close mindedness is solved, and a mental clutter is solved I use a simple Notion template i called "Truth Test System" I think it's really cool and it works for me. But the simple framework should be enough
