Big hugs to @Kahli Weir for joining us 🥰 Kahli and I have been friends since 2002 when we found each other both living in Dalton and working at the same place (CSIRO). We had our pregnancies at the same time, carpooled to work, walked dogs endlessly, and navigated babies, toddlers, whatever that cute phase is before school turns them into grots, primary schoolers and now highschoolers and young men!

@Jules Baker thank you. Yes it feels like only yesterday that Kath reached out to me and our friendship began. It has been such a joy to have been friends for more than 20 years now and to have watched our children grow up together 🌺
Sunday Sanctuary recording available in the Classroom
Evening all Here is the recording from this afternoon's Sunday Sanctuary. We play around with humming as a way to vibrate the body and relax the nervous system. Hum along and enjoy! I notice on the recording my hums cut out after a few seconds; I gues the volume got too low for my microphone. When you do it, just breathe in and out as you would and let the hum take up the out breath. All explained in the video :) Would love to hear your experiences! I really loved this Kath. I found it so interesting that my humming changed tone and rhythm the longer I hummed for. I remember doing some humming exercises with my previous yoga practice and this session has really reminded me of how good that was for me. Thank you.
