Fall Cleanse(Mojo Monday Challenge 9)
What if you could be rid of food cravings, comfort eating, and easily hydrate yourself? What would then be possible? I'm excited to be starting a 2 week fall cleanse where we only eat whole foods, fruits, and veggies then eliminate dairy, wheat, meat, alcohol, caffeine, and sugar. MOJO MONDAY WEEKLY CHALLENGE 9 Your challenge this week is to make 3 changes for the next 5 days is either eliminating 3 things from the list above, or adding in something healthy like eating more fruits and veggies. 1.
