Can someone point me to video or instructions on Reconstituting Adamax to a nasal??? I need this done like yesterday 🤣

@Jamie Pitt also, something I didn’t think about when I first started with nasal spray was that 1 spay in 1 nostril is a dose. I’m such an equal person that I have to spray in both nostrils or I’m thrown off.

I ran it at night first 5 nights then moved it to morning. I sleep AMAZING and was not fatigued that first week.

@Valley Mama Yes that’s all I kept hearing & reading and I can not function like that. I do know some that only run at night because no matter what they stay fatigued. I will tell you on day 8 I added MotC to it and loved it. I missed SS31 when k finished it on day 10. I regretted not order 2 bottles.

Hey guys. What's a good starting amount for Oxytocin? 💜 Also for Klow what's the max mg one can take per day? I see people are taking over 2mg of ghk. Would this be better to take more of the klow then too? Thank you for any and all advice. 💜
