Most Leaders Get This Wrong...
Ever wonder why some employees thrive while others struggle despite having the same training and opportunities? One of the biggest leadership mistakes Iโ€™ve seen is assuming everyone should work the same way. But the reality is, people thrive in different parts of the workflow process. ๐Ÿ”น Some people despise brainstorming sessions but if you give them a clear task, theyโ€™ll gladly knock it out. ๐Ÿ”น Others wonโ€™t start any work on their own initiative until theyโ€™re told exactly what to do. ๐Ÿ”น Some people love giving direction and feedback, while others would rather call in sick than have a tough conversation. Your job as a leader isnโ€™t to make everyone fit the same mold, itโ€™s to understand their natural tendencies and lead them in a way that brings out their best. How do you adjust your leadership style to fit the strengths of your team? Drop your thoughts below! โฌ‡๏ธ

@Boniface G- Michael it definitely is. I use the 6 Types of Working Genius within my coaching program. They've surveyed thousands and found everyone has 2 Geniuses, 2 Competencies, and 2 Frustrations within the workflow process. I love that it's directly tied to work so it's immediately applicable.
๐Ÿ‘‹ Introduce Yourself! ๐Ÿ‘ˆ
- Where are you from? - Whatโ€™s your business? - Whatโ€™s your next goal? - What do you want to learn? Letโ€™s start a great discussion! Thank you. ๐Ÿ™

@Nathan Miller from what I've seen the decision is based on your goals. If you're seeking employment then it definitely makes sense to get a certification if it's seen as the minimum entry requirement. However, I've interviewed plenty of people with lots of letters and it's always the people who just get it that I've voted to hire. When someone knows their stuff better than me on a topic and starts engaging on the real issues within the interview, I want them on my team. I've seen rules bend many times so we could hire the right person rather than the "most qualified".
