The Power of Small Wins
Too many people quit because they don’t see big results fast enough. They expect their life to transform overnight. But the truth? Real power is built in the small wins no one sees. The workout when you didn’t feel like it. The better choice at the table when it would’ve been easier to cave. The late-night journal entry instead of scrolling your phone. Those small wins compound. They stack. They build momentum. The average man gives up when the scoreboard doesn’t change quick enough. The uncommon man? He keeps showing up because he knows the game is won by inches, not miles. So today — stop obsessing about how far you’ve got to go. Focus on stacking a win right now. Because a year from now, those quiet wins will be the reason your whole life looks different. 💬 What’s one small win you’re stacking today? Drop it below.

This is very true, I had many times I tried and gave up and even now that I’ve been at it for over a year I find myself feeling like I’m not getting far enough and falling back a bit but this time I’ve been focused that I’ve been able to push myself through the knothole when I fall into that.
Mental Strength Isn’t About Having It All Together — It’s About Facing It When You Don’t.
Here’s the truth most people won’t admit: You’re not weak because you struggle. You’re not broken because you feel overwhelmed. What makes you strong… Is that you face it anyway. Mental and emotional strength isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about: ✅ Showing up when your mind says “why bother” ✅ Being honest when you’re not okay ✅ Not letting a bad day turn into a bad pattern ✅ Taking one more step when everything says stop Midweek check-in time: Not surface-level. Not just “I’m good.” 💬 Drop a WIN or a WISDOM below: 1️⃣ What’s something this week you’re proud of? 2️⃣ OR what’s a tough moment that tested your strength — but taught you something? You don’t grow by pretending it’s easy. You grow by leaning in when it’s hard. This group is your space to do that. Let’s go.

Ive had a rough couple weeks as far as exercise goes. I seem to have strained something in my right quad that is making regular daily walking painful and making my attempts at running impossible, but I have pushed myself to get out there and at least walk my normal routine rather than running it. The old me would have just held off til it “got better” and likely wouldn’t have got back out there at all, but I’ve pushed myself to make sure I don’t completely fall off while I’m letting it rest and try to get better.

@Kevin Summers I should get my bike back out and try that for a bit on my evening workouts. I’ll still have to walk on my lunch workouts but maybe that will help take some of the strain off for now. Thanks man
Zoom meet up Coffee/Tea Time.
@everyone leets all get together on a zoom and we’ll have a weekly reoccurring event. I wanted to throw this out to the group 1st for the first one as to what will work for the majority. Does this Friday at 7pm work or next Tuesday at 7pm? What say the group. This will be casual getting to know each other little better and open floor.

I can do next Tuesday, but not this Friday.
The Way You Take Care of Yourself Is the Way You Lead Your Family.
We talk a lot about impact — but most people only think of it as something out there… Something big. Something public. Something flashy. But here’s the truth: Your greatest impact starts in your own home. When you take care of your body, your mind, your discipline — You’re not just doing it for you. You’re doing it for your family. ✅ You’re more patient ✅ You lead with calm, not chaos ✅ You teach by example — not just words ✅ You show your kids what real commitment looks like ✅ You become the steady presence they can count on That’s impact. And it’s not loud. It’s not always noticed right away. But it matters — more than you know. 💬 Drop a 🧱 in the comments if you’re showing up not just for yourself today — but for the people who watch how you live when no one’s clapping. Keep becoming the person your family can lean on. That’s leadership. That’s legacy. That’s impact.

This is for sure the main reason I started my journey, while it has definetly been for me and I feel so much better than I did this time last year but more so it scared me that I might miss out on important moments for my wife and kids if things didn’t change. I couldn’t / wouldn’t have done it without them on my mind.
Be Where Your Feet Are — The People Around You Deserve the Real You.
It’s Saturday. No meetings. No chaos. No pressure to grind. Just life — raw, simple, and real. But here’s the trap… Even on slow days, most people are never really here. They’re scrolling. They’re stressing. They’re mentally somewhere else while the people who matter most sit in the same room. Connection doesn’t require perfection. It just requires presence. ✅ Be where your feet are. ✅ Put the phone down. ✅ Make eye contact. ✅ Ask the extra question. ✅ Give someone your full attention — even for 5 minutes. That’s how connection is built. Not in grand moments, but in the small ones you don’t ignore. 💬 Drop a “Present” below if you’re slowing down today to actually be with the people that matter — not just around them. We’re not here to chase fake status. We’re here to build real life — one connection at a time.

Putting the phone down is something I really need to work on. I find myself scrolling way more than I’d like. That’s something I am going to start trying to be more focused on changing.
