Two years ago, I decided to take Michael up on his offer to work together to meet my goals. I had lost my sense of well being and youth wasn’t on my side anymore. Since working with Michael, I began to re-shape the way I viewed my health and exercise. I learned that making the small decisions consistently actually did matter, and those closest to me have seen the change. I have changed the way I approach diet and exercise, and I won’t ever go back. It isn’t a secret, it’s knowledge!
