Baking New Profit Pies: The Smart Marketer's Strategy
Is anyone else working on a Saturday? I mean, I love it so much, I can hardly call it work... It's so much FUN to craft offers that create a new revenue stream for my partners. What's great about these "Money Pies" is that I get a big slice! Listen up... One of the biggest mistakes marketers make is trying to take part of a business's existing revenue pie. The problem is, it's finite, and every Tom, Dick, and Harry is fighting for a sliver of what the business owner needs to support their employees and family. Be smarter than the rest and don't ask the business owner for a piece of their pie... Instead, bake the business a new profit pie, and they'll be happy to share some of it with you. I like profit pies, especially when I get to keep 30% - 50%. I just locked in a deal with a financial education business that has a $10K product. They have a general list of 228,000 and a buyers list of 25,000. We get 40% of each $10K sale. We do ALL the work and just hand them new clients on a silver platter. It would not be unusual for this to be a million-dollar+ campaign... They're already doing $2 million a month, and everyone else is fighting to get a little slice. I'm going to bake him a new $1 million pie, and he's excited as hell to split it with me. The point is, there's an abundance of life-changing wealth in the marketplace waiting for you. All you have to do is know how to structure offers around baking new pies rather than just selling AI tools. To your success! Jimmy

Huuge client. Is this campaign all DBR?
Emails and Landlines
Although we all know the effectiveness of SMS or SMS+AI, don't underestimate the power of email. Of course, it always comes down to knowing your market. Some of my clients have audiences of high-level CEOs who would be pissed if we did a DBR to their personal mobile phones. Many will not even give those numbers out so they use their landline. Have no fear though...we've created many 6-figure cash infusions using email only to run the offer. What I've found over the years is the biggest factor in a successful campaign is the offer and not the channel. My preference for B2C audiences is SMS My preference for many, not all B2B is Email Tip for executive audiences... Create an email campaign but add in an SMS just as a reminder to check their email. Example: Hi Jimmy, it's Gina from Genius Network. Joe Polish just now sent you a private invitation via email. Look for the Subject Line that says "[GN] Your Presence is requested" so you don't miss it, k? It's such a fun and profitable time we live in!

Great share. I love running sms + email when possible/appropriate. I’ve also been guilty of discounting the power of email.
A2P Compliance application/Messaging compliance
When applying for A2P are we required to use the same sample messages in our campaign? Does every message we send require opt-out language? And is it easy to get away with messaging clients who haven't opted in officially but are an organic lead? THanks

We dumped a ton through a2p in the past 2 months and learned a bunch. We have 100+ opt-ins daily and we’re also doing DBR. We found that adding opt out messaging to all messages until the contact has replied helps a lot. Without it we had been getting flagged by downstream carriers. Also super important to validate numbers before sending messages. Error messages are nearly as detrimental as opt outs and the HL number intelligence actually marks an invalid number as customer enabled opt out, so creating a validation workflow is best prior to sending an sms. Sorry for the word vomit but knowing this sooner would have saved us a ton of resources
