I need to get in shape and I’m trying to learn better nutrition for my game. Any ideas? And can you also drop your nutrition plans?

I have been rejected by Orlando City and now Houston Dynamo. Not their franchised owned teams, they’re actual MLS academy teams. I was able to gather information on Orlando City to contact them back in 2022, I was so determined to get their attention. And in the end I did, it was hard but I did it. However it means something to me that I have been able to reach these BIG teams in the country and get noticed by them considering how big they. And I did it by myself. I didn’t find someones spreadsheet of contacts and emails, I did it my self. Individually I searched everything and everyone in the club for emails and socials and went farther than you would think to capture their attention. I did it all alone. I had these clubs attention and they responded even if it was a no and that’s very rare for them to see my email or anyone else’s. Not to mention the main reason why I’m proud is it gives me a good reason to try harder bc I have to make these two regret it.

I have heard a lot of good stuff about your program, and I am interested in attending a training session with Houston Dynamo's U16/U17 squad (2007s). My name is Justin Bravo and I am currently playing with Coastal Rush, I was also privately selected to play and train with their ECNL team. I play as both a winger (Left Winger) and striker, and I am just as efficient in both. I am a dynamic player who can bring positioning, IQ, 1v1 ability, dribbling, communication & leadership, and end product to the squad and I believe I can be a great fit for the team. I'm looking to play in the MLS Next league for this upcoming season. I currently have offers/interest from other MLS Next teams and USL 2 teams. However, I'm genuinely interested in this program and would like to train/trial with Houston Dynamo before I decide what club to choose. Finally got a response from Houston Dynamo FC Academy. However, it’s not the response I expected to hear.

I prob should’ve just put “the truth” as the title 💀 anyways, I’m ngl, I’m 16 opportunities are slowly fading away and day by day I’m getting older and I always failed to play at a higher level. It’s just now that I’m finally getting a chance to showcase myself and actually arrive! I turn 17 in 6 months but time flies so fast. And honestly I’m not sure if I keep playing giving myself false hope would feel. I have been thinking, if I fail to make the roster for AHFC or Houston Rangers I might stop playing football. Maybe only hs. And focus on my business. I haven’t decided it but I’ve considered.
