Wake up. Pray ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ Stretching This week it's 85 push ups everyday So I did 30 this morning ๐ŸŒ… Eat , study 2hours Personal training 20 push ups before training Activation Movement and agility 15 min cone drill 15 mins Passing 25mins Stop go/ Running with the ball 15 mins Crossing Shooting from different angles Knuckle balls 5mins 4 max effort Sprint working on technique. Stretching Eat lunch Nshima meat and rape I drink 4litres a day. Ab workout before shower to get the blood pumping study 1hour Eat dinner roasted peanuts and Nshima (traditional man meal in Zambia ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฒ ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿค) And I am now in bed and will go offline in 20mins.
