The user asked to book in CST time zone but the bot booked in MDT which is the sub accounts timezone but it told the user it booked for CST. It because a confusing convo for my client and the appointment was not able to happen. How can I make the bot book in the leads requested timezone?
Hey @Craig Cameron , To fix this, configure the bot to use the lead's specified timezone rather than defaulting to the sub-account's. In Closebot (or similar bots using HighLevel), pass the user's timezone dynamically through custom fields or booking links, then adjust the calendar settings or booking logic to reflect that input. This ensures the confirmation and actual booking time match the lead’s requested timezone.
