Closebot booked in wrong timezonee
The user asked to book in CST time zone but the bot booked in MDT which is the sub accounts timezone but it told the user it booked for CST. It because a confusing convo for my client and the appointment was not able to happen.
How can I make the bot book in the leads requested timezone?
