Skate Medal 🏅
Last night, while I was at a skate session, I got called into the office only for my skate mentor to give me a bronze medal as one of the most improved skaters, I cried so much! I’ve only been skating for almost 3 years and it meant so much to me for my efforts to be recognized. I’m truly grateful and I can’t wait to see where my skate journey takes me. So many people helped push me this far. 💕❤️

@Jane Parnell Aww thank you!! It took me a while too 😭 I didn’t do pistol squats, but I did lots of one-foot glides and gradual lowering and hugging my knees till it felt natural. Keep going — your balance is already solid, the rest will follow. I know you can do it also 💖
