We started out making party headbands using some fancy yarns that I had in my stash from years ago. First we made bracelets using 3 dk yarns , making big chain loops. After making the headbands the children just wanted to play with the yarns, just doing their own thing! They also added some stick on bees and ladybugs. …..lots of fun and creativity 🧡🩷💜💙❤️💛💚🐞🐝🐞🐝🐞🐝🐝🐞🐝🐞

Tried to do my first flower. Not sure what happened to my boullion stitches tho as couldn't really see where they were it all looked like a chain.

What an amazing group of crafters!! We have so many members here who enjoy a variety of crafts. It would be fantastic if we could expand our interests in our community. I always teach a chain length and then show how we can pick up petals to make a flower. Everyone loves it come together. There is nothing more inspiring. “How cool is that” they say. I teach beginners, I believe it’s a great way to get started. Kids like to add a sparkly gem sticker in the centre…. ALWAYS have them handy!
