I have a few! - Owner-occupied MTR. What are the additional ways I can screen considering I am living in the home (with my kids)? (I'm getting lots of booking requests and am realizing that the keycheck 3 checks are not enough). It doesn't seem realistic to meet them in person if they are traveling, but is it okay to ask them to do a video call to "meet" them? I'm not sure what's legal. (I do plan to talk to a local attorney about that as well as lease clauses to protect us.) - Also, I'm noticing a lot of seemingly last minute booking requests. Is this common for MTR? To be urgently booking with less than a week to the date requested? - MTR that is ALSO a padsplit? The attention on a single room with shared bathroom on my house has me thinking that I'd like to find a way to legally try this......
