NAD+ dosing /protocol
Hey there. I’m looking to start an NAD+ cycle but see spreadsheet lists the cycle as ‘as needed’. Not sure how to interpret that! Is this something people do for a month at a time usually or a few months? Thx!

Hi Vanessa I started at the half dose for a week then went up to the full after that first week.

Glow stack bruising
Hi all I’m on week 4 using the Glow Stack but I’m getting terrible bruising and it’s painful (a couple hours after injection ) anyone else experiencing this or have any tips or tricks?

@Carey Huyser did you try in your glute, longer needle, adding BAC water and ice the spot right after? That took away all the pain and bruising for me. I was struggling before and had so much pain as well.

@Carey Huyser I changed to the 1/2 inch size needle (per Tara) and inject In your upper glute! I was about to stop using GLOW until I changed to this way. Good luck let us know. https://a.co/d/hEI8RoD These in the 1/2 inch.
