Ok so term 4 is starting tomorrow! I'm kinda having mixed feelings here about our choir adventure wondering how and even if we continue ... who's actually still in it?! I'm still very keen to carry on... anyone else?

Hi all, I need someone to take over the batten here for abit. Next term cant happen unless we get 6-7 more people desiring to sign up for 10 weeks with Hana and/or be an official Board Members. The cost is $200 for the 10 week. As usual St Peters, Wednesday's at 7pm-8:30pm Presently I have a bad lung infection so I need someone to field calls and someone to do up adverts for Facebook etc. If everyone could reassure their commitment to being a board member and/or training with Hana, that would be encouraging and let me know how many more we need. Thank you🥰

This is where we start to go all official! The object of Incorporating is to acquire funding, for training, performance etc. Keeping it simple, we need... 💫 10 Committee members (have voting right) 🎶 5 Affiliate Member (I just want to sing) both pay the same membership fee. Our ten week choir training with Hana is under yet separate from the society fee, but we can vote on member fees later. Link is the draft Constitution. The next step is the "famous first get-together 💕" to chew over ideas. Last night completes our 5 week (4 session) music jorney, leaving us all with a taste of how sweet we can all sound -big thanks to Hana gracious lead. As I said last night, over the two week break I will established an Incorporated Society. From the discussions from last nights the decision for the Choir Name has been found, the four logo are mock ups. 👌 love your comments💫 I will call people over the next week or so and also get that missed session money back to you all. Keep in mind when we head into our 10 week training (after the break) we will be learning specific sacred songs and also be performing. Also, I am after a Chair Person or Treasurer - so be great to have individual discussion on these types of things.
