Wondering if I should take 2mg twice a day of TA-1 while taking care of my daughter who is super sick with a nasty flu. I feel fine now but want to get ahead of it. Thoughts?

Hair Skin & Nails
Is Hair skin and nails supposed to have residue in it? I don’t know if it was too cold and it froze or what happened.

@Tara West I think it might have been too cold during delivery- is there any way to fix it? Someone suggested putting the vials in hot water for a few minutes so I tried that but it keeps crystallizing again.
