Create me a Year in Review graphic...
PROMPT: I want to help me create a single illustrated graphic to reflect on my year. The graphic is divided into sections showing milestones, experiences, and predictions. Act as a reflective coach and storytelling partner. Help me articulate: - My biggest highs of the year and why they mattered - My biggest lows or challenges and what they taught me - One moment that surprised me - One pattern or theme that ran through the year - One belief or assumption that changed - For each section, help me write short, honest captions (1–3 sentences) that balance pride, vulnerability, and learning. Avoid hype or self-criticism. End by helping me write a short closing reflection that links this year to what I’m carrying forward into the next. Then create the graphic...you can upload mine as a visual reference if you like, or try it without. Share your results below and feed back on hjow the process felt and what you learned.

3...2...1...Let's Do This
Starting something new is always scary...but imagine if we never took the leap and only ever stuck to the places that felt comfortable? This is the first post in a brand spanking new space, and I am so glad that you are here to witness it with me. So how about we start with a reminder of why new things are flipping amazing (as well as scary), and lets see what we are made of. Say hello below, and share an example of something new you have recently done...or about to do so we can all cheerlead your bravery and commitment to your evolution...and if it has involved AI or emerging tech even better. Right...over to you....

Hello and welcome to Help with AI 👋 I’m really glad you’re here….I guess I’d better tell you a bit about who I am before the official launch of this community. I’ve spent the last 30 years working at the intersection of creativity, business, and change. I started out in the arts, moved into digital and multimedia, and over time became the person organisations, founders, and communities turn to when things feel messy, overwhelming, or stuck. I’ve helped thousands of people navigate big shifts. From scaling mission-led businesses, to rebuilding confidence after redundancy, to making sense of new technology without losing their values or their voice. During COVID alone, I supported over 3,000 SMEs to adapt, rethink their models, and keep going when the ground was moving fast. AI is just the latest chapter in that story. I’m also an ordinary person, a perimenopausal 47 year old, working class, solo parent, juggling ADHD hyperfocus and adult overwhelm lol What I’m passionate about isn’t tech tools for the sake of it. I care about clarity, agency, and helping capable people use AI in ways that genuinely support their work, their income, and their energy. Less noise. Fewer gimmicks. More thoughtful, human-first application. This space exists because too many smart people feel either behind, sceptical, or quietly curious about AI. All of that belongs here. You don’t need to perform. You don’t need to pretend you’ve got it all figured out. This is a place to think out loud, experiment safely, and learn how to work with AI in a way that feels aligned and useful. Before you dive in, I’d love you to say hi below 👇 Tell me your name, what brought you here, and for fun… how long have you known me? Is it years, months, weeks, or did we literally just meet? Jump in, introduce yourself, and make yourself at home. I hope you are as excited as I am to grow this community.

@Louise Turner I love that I have folks in here from my TFTR days. Its crazy to think that I attempted to grow a global busness from the corner of my front room without all of the technology we now have in place!!!

The Monday Post
This week feels different, doesn’t it. Energy is patchy. Attention is fragmented. There’s a lot going on under the surface for many of us with xmas just a couple of days away. So rather than pushing harder, I’m leaning into using AI in a quieter, more supportive way. This week, with the help of AI, I’m focusing on creating a bit more headspace and finishing the year with intention rather than exhaustion. For me, that looks like using AI to: - untangle thoughts that feel noisy - sense-check decisions I don’t want to carry alone - simplify rather than optimise Practical task on my agenda for today, write my annual blog post wrapping up the year, I've done one of these for the last 8 or 9 years in business, you can read last years one here https://juliecreffield.com/my-2024-ai-assisted-round-up-report/ If you feel like joining in, complete this sentence in the comments: This week, with the help of AI, I’m focusing on __________. It can be practical, personal, messy, unfinished, or quietly hopeful. There’s no right answer and no need to impress anyone. Sometimes naming where we’re aiming is enough to make it feel lighter.

@Alys Golding love this.
My 2025 round up post...assisted by AI
Every year I write a business review...I find it cathartic. They normally take me a few hours. This one took me about 20 minutes. I think it sums up my year...the highs, the lows, and my predictions for 2026. https://juliecreffield.com/my-year-in-ai-innovation-and-reinvention/ What do you think?
